It is obtained from a 'segn\u00e9e' of the musts of the finest wines.<\/p>\n<p>GRAPE VARIETIES: Merlot, Pinotage, Blau Frankisch<\/p>\n<p>LOCALITY: -<\/p>\n<p>WINEMAKING PROCESS: Vinified as a white wine, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled barriques. A partial malo-lactic fermentation gives the wine more complexity and finesse.<\/p>\n<p>TASTING NOTES: The nose presents itself with an elegant perfume of fresh fruit, such as blackberries and currants.
