You should have seen the saleswoman's face when I asked her to let me make a call because my phone wasn't working.......rather than all the nice theories I read on the site..... it looked like I had asked her for a kidney. I don't think you can build something new with a medieval mentality

Very nice shop, very welcoming, spoilt for choice. To walk into a shop and find a kind person, with a nice smile, knowledgeable, able to solve the problem (sewing machine repair) is a rarity. I had this good experience.The electronics of my 1976 sewing machine no longer worked. The problem was solved professionally. I am very grateful and happy to be able to use my sewing machine again and it works great.

I got to know them at an ACSI exhibition and I am delighted, they managed to get me a super-performing iron and a printer that still had a lot of ink to use.
