Description
My name is Aline and I live in Sessa. Only after travelling the world did I decide to return to Switzerland, choosing the most beautiful place of all those I visited: the Malcantone.
Alongside my work as a teacher, I always find time to devote myself to the production of homemade products such as preserves, fermented products, wild plant harvesting, tinctures, ointments, conditioners, soaps and shampoos.
The 2020 lockdown caused by the pandemic reinforced my desire to be more self-sufficient and to appreciate all the ingredients that nature offers us. At that time, I started experimenting with cocoa butter and its delicate crystallisation, leading to my own recipe for a handmade chocolate that contains no sugar, apart from that naturally present in honey and barley malt.
What I particularly love is the creative part when I add the final ingredients to the still warm chocolate on the
work plan: edible flowers, lavender, meadow queen, rosemary and salt, chilli, nettle, mint, liquorice, hemp or sesame seeds, ... and I am always open to new experiments.
