After attending various workshops on modelling techniques, glaze preparation and firing methods, I specialised in the art of the potter's wheel for a couple of years in the 1990s by attending the atelier of ceramist Ueli Wengen.

The practice of ceramics became more and more intense over the years, so much so that I decided to buy a potter's wheel and kiln and make it my profession.

In my workshop I am constantly experimenting with new forms on the lathe or modelling them by hand, often using stoneware, which I prefer for its hardness and stony appearance.
New glazes, new firing methods (Raku, wood firing) and special surface preparations make this profession for me a true passion that moves and changes at the pace of new discoveries.
