This Specialty coffee (SCA 83) comes from the first women's cooperative in the Villa Rica region of Peru, where 28 women cultivate with passion and dedication. Production is based on principles of environmental sustainability and social responsibility, guaranteeing the women farmers a fair price. This approach enables them to improve their economic conditions and quality of life.
Speciality coffees represent excellence: they are green beans of the highest quality, gently roasted to express their aromatic potential to the full. These coffees come from areas characterised by unique climatic and environmental conditions, which give them a distinctive taste profile. The origin, botanical variety and traceability of the entire chain, from producer to consumer, are the essential elements that distinguish them.
Thanks to their ability to surprise with new and complex flavours, speciality coffees are transforming the market, enhancing single-plantation production and lighter roasts capable of developing extraordinary aromatic complexity.
Packaging plays a crucial role, providing detailed information on traceability, variety, altitude, processing methods and organoleptic profiles.
Our specialities are designed for the discerning enthusiast and for all those who wish to explore new horizons of taste.
