Description

As its name anticipates, it is a very soft and light leavened cake. Very similar to panettone, we offer it in a typical rectangular plum-cake format. The sizes are 250 or 450 g. Inside, instead of candied fruit or raisins, drops of apricot jelly are suspended. The surface is crispy and tasty. Like all our leavened products, the nuvola is made exclusively with our natural yeast. Production is constant throughout the 12 months of the year.
