The 'Neringlé' walnut cake is a tasty little cake made with lots of dried fruit.
A delicious shortcrust pastry encloses a frangipane with a mixed base of almond flour and walnuts. Moist on the inside and crumbly on the outside, it smells of orange, bourbon vanilla and cognac.
Excellent for every occasion and time of day, it contains no preservatives or flavour enhancers.
