Huber Wines SA

Monteggio, in the middle of the Tresa Valley, is home to the vineyards and cellars of hubervini, a family-run winery.

The cellars are located inside a restored 17th century typical Malcantone house, in which the family lives.

The winery is managed today by the second generation, Jonas and Sara Huber, who together with their employees work 7.5 hectares of vineyards - consisting almost entirely of south-facing slopes at an altitude of 300-450 m above sea level - for an annual production of around 27,000 bottles. The Huber family personally takes care of the entire production cycle, from the grapes to marketing, thus maintaining a direct link with their customers.

For over 40 years, hubervini has been present in the area in a constant search for the best quality in a balance between tradition and innovation, now favouring organic cultivation for quality products that respect nature.
