Description
Swiss Italian IGT wine
This rosé, similar to a white, best expresses the freshness and delicacy of freshly harvested fruit. It is obtained from a 'segnée' of the musts of the finest wines.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Merlot, Pinotage, Blau Frankisch
LOCALITY: -
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Vinified as a white wine, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled barriques. A partial malo-lactic fermentation gives the wine more complexity and finesse.
TASTING NOTES: The nose presents itself with an elegant perfume of fresh fruit, such as blackberries and currants. In the mouth, one finds the same fragrances, enriched by a pleasant acidity that enhances its persistence.
