Neringlé

This bakery was born out of my passion for baking and dry pastries. The aim is to recreate baked products like those made by our grandmothers: authentic bread, tasty and able to stay fresh and tasty for several days after baking. To do this, I use natural yeast and favour high quality ingredients, with a focus on their nutritional value and care in preparation.

Every day, I provide my guests with freshly baked products with a natural aroma and unique fragrance. I believe that quality is always preferable to quantity. By combining simple, traditional baking methods with modern techniques and tools, I achieve results that stand out for their authenticity and character.
