PRODUCTION AREA: Monteggio

WINE-MAKING PROCESS: The grapes are gently pressed, and the must undergoes a prolonged, cold fermentation, ideal for enhancing the aromas.

TASTING: Bright straw yellow in colour, it releases aromas of fresh fruit such as pear and apricot, accompanied by light spicy notes. On the palate it offers a moderate structure, with the characteristic hints of apricot and spices, combined with soft, enveloping tannins.
