Fustoquattro is a fresh, fruity wine with a light structure and velvety tannins, making it pleasant and easy to drink.

PRODUCTION AREA: Monteggio, Sessa, Quartino

VINIFICATION PROCESS:
To achieve optimum aromatic intensity, the must is cold macerated and then pressed after a short fermentation, favouring delicate tannins. Ageing and acid stabilisation take place in large, traditional wooden barrels over a period of almost a year.
