Statistically, we are able to repair about 75% of the objects brought to us.
2) Repair and collection phase
Once the problem has been identified, if the repair only takes a few minutes and/or only requires spare parts that we have in stock, we will proceed with the repair without consulting you and at no further cost to you. You will then be able to collect the item from our premises, or receive it by post, assuming shipping costs.
1) Analysis and problem identification phase
Contact us by phone at 091 226 01 64, by email and/or bring it directly to our repair centre "Malcantòn' at Via G. Bertoli 6 in Novaggio (Malcantone). You can download from here the form to be signed.
In a first step we disassemble and analyse the object, trying to identify the problem.
To cover the costs of this phase, we invoice 40 CHFregardless of how complex the object is and what problem it has.
3) Third stage in case of complications
If, on the other hand, the problem needs a long time to be resolved, spare parts must be ordered, or if it is simply not repairable with the spare parts at our disposal, we will contact you by phone or email to understand if/how you want to proceed and what costs are involved. The initial 40 CHF are NOT reimbursed under any circumstances.
