We aim to actively build a better world, where the item that no longer works is not necessarily thrown away in favour of a new purchase. Therefore, there we are committed and strive to keep our costs low and we propose a step-by-step strategy for your repair work, set out below.
1) Analysis and problem identification phase
Contact us by phone at 091 226 01 64, by email and/or bring it directly to our repair centre "Malcantòn' at Via G. Bertoli 6 in Novaggio (Malcantone). You can download from here the form to be signed.
In a first step we disassemble and analyse the object, trying to identify the problem.
To cover the costs of this phase, there is an advance of 40 CHFregardless of how complex the object is and what problem it has.
2) Repair and collection phase
Once the problem has been identified, if the repair is a matter of a few minutes and/or only requires spare parts that we have in stock, we proceed with the repair without consulting you and at no further cost to you. You will then be able to pick up the item at the venue (or receive it by post, if you bear the shipping costs).
3) Third stage in case of complications
If, on the other hand, the problem takes a long time to be resolved, spare parts must be ordered or if it cannot be repaired with the spare parts available to us, we will contact you by phone or email to understand if/how you want to proceed and what costs are involved. The initial 40 CHF are NOT reimbursed under any circumstances.
