How it works:
We repair about the 76% of the objects brought to us.
We aim to actively build a better world, where the item that no longer works is not necessarily thrown away in favour of a new purchase. Therefore, there we are committed and strive to keep our costs low and we propose a step-by-step strategy for your repair work, set out below.
0) Initial Phase
Make contact to make an appointment.
Bring the item to the shop: at Via G. Bertoli 6 in Novaggio.
We also ask you to download, print and fill in the repair authorisation form, and to hand it over signed upon delivery of the object.
Together, we will make a brief preliminary assessment of the repairability of the object and provide an initial cost estimate.
Should you decide to entrust us with the repair, we will take the item into custody and transfer it to the workshop. Due to the high volume of requests, unless you choose the express option, the repair time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
1) Analysis and problem identification phase
The first phase involves the disassembly and technical analysis of the object, with the aim of identifying the cause of the fault.
To cover the costs of this phase, a advance of 50 CHF, regardless of the complexity of the object or the type of problem encountered.
2) Repair and collection phase
Once the problem has been identified, if the repair is a matter of a few minutes and/or only requires spare parts that we have in stock, we proceed with the repair without consulting you and at no further cost to you. You will then be able to pick up the item at the venue (or receive it by post, if you bear the shipping costs).
3) Last stage: in case of complications
If, on the other hand, the problem takes a long time to be resolved, spare parts must be ordered or if it cannot be repaired with the spare parts available to us, we will contact you by phone or email to understand if/how you want to proceed and what costs are involved.
Get in touch for a free repair estimate, we usually respond within 48h:
"If it cannot be reduced, reused, repaired, rebuilt, restored, resold, recycled or biodegraded, then it should be reconsidered, or withdrawn from the market."
